Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be legally allowed to use our services.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Business Responsibilities

Businesses may create marketing campaigns and reward creators based on campaign performance.

Businesses must:

• Provide truthful campaign descriptions.
• Clearly specify payment per view, click, or other supported metrics before publishing.
• Own or have legal rights to every product, logo, trademark, website, application, image, and other content used in a campaign.
• Provide a working demo or test account if creators need to access an application or platform to create content.
• Honor payments for verified campaign performance.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

Businesses must NOT:

• Promote illegal products or services.
• Promote narcotics, cocaine, controlled substances, or illegal drugs.
• Promote pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Promote hate speech, violence, terrorism, or extremist content.
• Promote scams, phishing, deceptive investments, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload content that infringes another person's copyright or trademark.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators voluntarily choose campaigns they wish to promote.

Creators must:

• Create original content.
• Follow the rules of TikTok, Instagram, X, and other supported platforms.
• Generate genuine views, clicks, and engagement.
• Use campaign links only within the content created for that campaign.

Creators must NOT:

• Buy fake views, likes, followers, or clicks.
• Use bots or automated traffic.
• Use click farms or traffic exchanges.
• Manipulate campaign statistics.
• Post campaign links on unrelated content solely to increase clicks.

4. Campaign Tracking

BUZIGROWTH tracks campaign engagement to verify campaign performance. This may include views, clicks, traffic sources, timestamps, device information, referral information, and other campaign analytics.

Engagement generated outside the campaign content or through artificial methods may not qualify for payment.

5. Payments

• Businesses fund campaigns before rewards are distributed.
• Creators are paid after campaign performance has been verified.
• Fraudulent traffic or invalid engagement will not be paid.
• Payments may be delayed while suspicious activity is investigated.

6. Violations & Enforcement

BUZIGROWTH reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity.

Violations may result in one or more of the following:

• Removal of campaigns.
• Removal of earnings generated through fraudulent activity.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Withholding of funds while an investigation is ongoing.

7. Intellectual Property

Businesses retain ownership of their products, trademarks, websites, applications, logos, and campaign materials.

Creators retain ownership of the original content they create unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

BUZIGROWTH provides a platform connecting businesses and content creators. We do not guarantee campaign success, sales, revenue, customer acquisition, or financial results.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of BUZIGROWTH after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
